WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
This is a professional event, so we encourage all attendees to dress in business casual attire. While professionalism is key, we put a strong emphasis on CONFIDENCE- wear what makes you feel powerful so you can show up at your absolute best!
Keep in mind that October in Hawaii brings warm, tropical weather with the average temperatures ranging from 75 -85 degrees. Light, breathable fabrics are recommended, and having a light jacket on hand is a good idea for air conditioned spaces.
WHAT ARE THE COVID 19 TESTING PROTOCOLS?
COVID-19 Testing Schedule
Location: On-site testing station (details provided upon arrival)
Dates: October 10-12, 2025
Time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM (before event sessions begin)
All attendees must complete testing before entering the event space
each day.
How It Works
Testing is mandatory for all attendees.
Rapid antigen tests will be provided at no additional cost.
Results will be available within 15-20 minutes.
If a test returns positive, attendees will be advised on next steps in
accordance with local health guidelines.
What You Need to Do
Arrive early to allow time for testing before sessions start.
Bring a valid photo ID for verification.
Follow all event health and safety guidelines.
