Before I created the NCI-1 system you're about to discover in NCI-1, I was deep in my military career, tasked with understanding and influencing people in high-pressure situations where getting it wrong wasn’t an option.

I spent years studying psychology, body language, and human behavior, but I kept hitting dead ends—realizing that much of what I learned in books didn’t hold up in the field.

I threw myself into the work—analyzing field manuals, digging through research, and testing everything in real-world scenarios. I spent countless hours observing people in stressful environments, debriefing after missions, and refining techniques through trial and error.

But even with all that effort, it felt like I was putting together a puzzle with pieces that didn’t quite fit. I needed something that worked reliably, every time.

That realization forced me to question everything. I turned the entire model upside down, broke the so-called rules, and freed myself from the outdated methods that didn’t hold up in the field.

After years of trial and error, testing in high-pressure environments, and figuring things out the hard way—without a roadmap—I finally developed a system that works every time.

I reached a point where I could walk into any situation, read what was going on beneath the surface, and influence outcomes with precision and confidence.
